Clinical decisions first
We will review your symptoms, medical history, current medicines, allergies and relevant risk factors. The right outcome may be advice, treatment, testing, monitoring or referral to another healthcare professional. The consultation fee remains payable whether or not medicine is supplied.
How the appointment works
Choose the private pharmacist appointment and briefly tell us what you would like help with.
Your pharmacist takes a structured history and carries out any appropriate clinical checks.
If suitable, a private prescription may be issued and medicine can usually be supplied by the pharmacy.
We explain what to expect, warning signs and when to contact us, your GP or another service.
For severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction or another medical emergency, call 999. If symptoms are worsening rapidly or you feel seriously unwell, seek urgent medical help rather than booking a routine appointment.
