How much is the consultation?
There is no consultation fee. Any medicine supplied is charged separately.
Will I definitely receive a prescription?
Not always. Your pharmacist will recommend a prescription only when it is safe and suitable for you.
Do I need to know what condition I have?
No. Tell us your symptoms when you book. The consultation is designed to assess what may be causing them and whether this service is the right route.
Who can use this service?
The initial service is intended mainly for adults aged 18 and over with selected common conditions. Please call before booking for a child, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
What if my condition is not listed?
The list gives examples rather than every possible condition. Call 028 7126 2250 and we will help you decide whether to book or use another healthcare service.
