Suitability and safety
Not every medicine can—or should—be placed in a sachet.
Some medicines must remain in their original packaging or require different storage, timing or instructions. Medicines taken only when needed may also need to be supplied separately.
We assess every request individually. If PillPac is unsuitable, we will explain why and discuss other practical options where appropriate. Any prescription change must be authorised through the appropriate prescriber route before packing.

The subscription covers PillPac preparation, labelled sachet packaging, ongoing pharmacy support and scheduled delivery within our eligible local area.
Medicine costs or prescription charges, where applicable, are separate. We confirm delivery coverage, the recurring payment date and cancellation terms before you join.

Who can use Sweenys PillPac?
Anyone can request an assessment, including people who do not currently use H Sweeny Chemist. The service is offered only when the medicines, prescription schedule and individual circumstances are suitable.
Does every medicine go into the sachets?
No. Some medicines need to remain in their original packaging or be supplied separately. We explain exactly what can be packed following assessment.
Is delivery included?
Scheduled delivery is included within the £29.99 subscription for patients in our defined eligible local delivery area. We confirm coverage before onboarding.
What happens if my prescription changes?
Tell the pharmacy as soon as possible. A prescription change must be authorised appropriately, and timing may affect whether already prepared sachets need to be reviewed or replaced.
Does the subscription include the cost of my medicines?
No. The £29.99 subscription covers the PillPac preparation and support service. Medicine costs or prescription charges, where applicable, are separate.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation arrangements and the deadline before the next preparation cycle are explained in the subscription terms before you join.
